Deliveries outside the European Union countries are on a DAP / DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning that any import or sales taxes you may be liable to in your country, will be paid to the carrier on delivery.
You can cancel your order and see your payment refunded if cancellation is requested before the order is shipped. Otherwise, you’ll need to follow the steps outlined in our return policy.
The customized models will be specially produced for you, with a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work, which is always communicated and agreed in advance with the client.
We do not accept exchanges and returns of personalised/customised products.
Exchanges and returns of our standard models should be requested within 14 days of receiving the order, if for whatever reason, you do not like your shoes, or you need to exchange them for a more appropriate size.
The product shall be returned in its original packaging and as a complete set – pair of shoes, box and bag. There shall be no smell, mark showing use, or modification relative to the time the product was received, including cleaning by the customer.

Return or exchange of catalog products are free in Portugal, and internationally for orders from 200€.
If more than one exchange is necessary, due to an error in the order attributable to the customer, of because the customer has changed his mind regarding the desired product, all costs inherent to these exchanges will be borne by the customer, being applied the values presented in the “Shipping” section.
For international orders of a value lower than 200€, the shipping costs presented in the “Shipping” section apply.
If you are making your international return from outside the EU and instead of following the return instructions provided by our company, you choose to return it on your own initiative and through another carrier, all customs processing costs will be deducted of your refund, as you did not wait for our instructions and did not use the company we work with and with whom we have preferential conditions in terms of prices.
