Exchange and Return Policy
We only accept exchanges and returns of products which have not been customised.
Exchanges and returns of our standard models should be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. The product should be returned in its original box, without any sign of use and the parcel must be complete – pair of shoes, box and bag.

For purchases in Portugal, we have free exchanges and returns.
We will notify you by email, once your parcel has been received and processed internally. We will refund you, using the same payment method. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the process to be complete.
